Please ensure to review our eligibility criteria and what we offer before you complete self-referral to Wellbeing Hub. If there are no wellbeing difficulties that are impacting on work functioning, we will be unable to offer you a talking therapy from our service. However we are happy to offer you a wellbeing call, during which we can signpost you to other services that may be helpful for you. You can access the online self-referral form for Wellbeing Hub (Note: there is NO access to OHS advice around workplace adjustments or Staff Physiotherapy via this self-referral form – see Intranet for self-referral options to these services).
