Assessment of Fitness for Course
Now that you have been offered a place at The Robert Gordon University we wish to know about any health conditions which may impact you on your studies and where appropriate we offer the university advice of support needs that you may require in order to successfully complete your course.
All medical and sensitive personal information you provide will be held in confidence by GO Health Services. The School will only be informed of the effects of a health problem or disability, if relevant to your educational needs or patient safety, and of recommendations on support or adjustments that could be of assistance to you.

ONLINE PRE-PLACEMENT HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE
In order to proceed with your application you are required to provide the following documentation:
- A completed online Pre-Placement Health Questionnaire . If you declare any condition which may require support, or affect fitness for work with patients, an Occupational Health Adviser will contact you for further information. If you have taken time out and are returning to course then let us know within the above online form – make sure and answer YES to the question asking if you have taken time out and are returning to your Course.
- A completed Immunisation Record which has been verified by your GP/Practice Nurse. Please also make sure and read through the extra information provided on the reverse of the Immunisation record.
*** In order to know whether an appointment is required please scan and email this completed Immunisation Record to gram.ohsrgustudents@nhs.scot ideally no later than the 1st September 2023. This must be done in advance of your first appointment ***
